how do i embed a song into my post if i wanted feedback or something on it?

Go to https://michaeltheelder.bandamp.org/music.html and there is an upload form where you can upload a track into your account with a description.  Once it is up, it will appear as a new thread in "Audio Review" and people can post their feedback.

I'm looking forward to hearing what you have!

Edit: I should mention you can also hit "My Home", "Music" and then get there, so you don't have to memorize that link.
