Nice to see you collaborating - your songs are now adding colour/texture.
I like the beats, the only thing I'd experiment it the high-hat, try 8th's or16th's and the odd open hat effect, also the snare is in the right channel, it's Ok, but it may be more effective in the centre, and put the percussion in it's place.

The vocals just need tightening up here and there.

The bass tone is nice, just need to lower is a little in the mix.
