Catchy little happy go lucky number
Perhaps add some more vox layers on the chorus, cut to about 2.5mins.
Bass & Drums would be nice 
Lead guitar a bit heavy handed, a little more practice should do the trick.
Reminiscent of the Shadows kinda era.

This seems to be a raw basic track. It´s built up and composed pretty good.
As Denis said: it´s  a happy number.
But there´s a lot work to do on the arrangement, timing and soloing.  Then it will become capable for radioplays .
