I would advise using more bass drums, rather than that single generic one.  Add one with a bit more of a kick to it on top maybe.  Alternativley, keep the current one throught the song, then to vary it a bit layer differnet drums on top, because the current one just gets a bit dull after a while.  Good job experimenting tho; never harmed anyone and has produced some great stuff after a bit of development.
