goodbye
How about a power ballad
this song needs some more work
I got a little heavy on the vocal delay,
needs some layered keys.
Don't like the snare sound at all
drum mix is off some
would change the vocal harmonies, drop more vocal lines down below the lead vox.

Any way it's another songI wrote.
We recorded thru a yamaha 02R digital board into an old mac pc,with motu a/d converters and digital performer software.

sounds like you've got some real talent... in all aspects of your songs

and I'm falling in love with your lead vocalist...

as for critiques... I think the vocals sound a bit muffled.. I mean, the recording is clear, and they're definitely understandable... but it sounds like they could use some EQ work... maybe -mid +treble just a bit?

also, the vocals sounded really strong and emotional during the chorus.. but I don't think the guitars supported them enough...

those vocal harmonies are nice... though I'd agree, some harmonies below the lead would give it a more full sound

now.. these are all minor details. the song is really nice... and sounds great the way it is.
good work.

you have an awesome tone! really like the way you play
i'm through with this style of music , but you do convince again!

agree for the drum sound, bass is it a bit loud too(imo)

main critical point to me is the clean guitar part, it is very common isn't it? i mean , like we all started with a 'house of the Rising Sun' sort off picking, if i listen to the rest of your playing i think you could have come up with some more interesting picking

just mean to be helpfull with all respect

This is a awesome tune! Love it!
Everything sounds pretty good. May be I should add a bit more - just a little bit- of reverb to the electric guitar.
The high-pitched voice in the chorus really kick ass. I love falsettos, so that's a great voice arrangement for me.
The song is great! I liked it a lot!

Thanks for your input
Yeah, I like the song. I just talked to the singer this morning. We are going to go back and redo this one and answers. We're not happy with the overall quality. I have already changed the way I play the clean on this song . We're bringin in some keys to smooth things up. Can't wait to start layin down new trax.
Again thanks for you input.

Very Good
I agree with the comment about the EQ work on the vocals - adding a little high frequency boost could make the vocals a little more crisp.

Other than that, I love it, oh man That guitar solo rox!
