It's so great that you actually are able to share the pleasure of composing and performing with your dearest ones. I'd love to do that one day when I have my own family...

Well, it was yesterday that my girlfriend asked me to write a song for the two of us to sing together, and I have to say that even though I love the idea, it's not so easy to do it just like that. But I REALLY hope I will compose a hit song soon enough. the problem is that I have a very idiosyncratic way of writing, which she might not like.

As for the song of yours, Jim. Very well done. When listening to it, I actaully found myself in the asylum with you three already there enjoying your stay. I hope Linda is a doctor, not a patient - you wouldn't like to have all of the family going crazy  . I really liked it. And again, sth to envy you guys - a family collaboration!

HAPPY BITRHDAY TO YOU DUSTY!

Jim

whoa, this is awesome. goes on my play list.... i LOVE Dusty's voice in the song, right up my ally there, i have this fascination with little kids and nursery rhymes and spooky melodies. they make me happy and feel all warm and cozy inside.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DUSTY!

Its called PLAYING music
You can tell when someone just enjoys making music in the way that a kid plays with toys.
This is great stuff.
I've said before you are inspiratinal. Well. Its still true.

In the spirit of the song...
During a visit to the mental asylum, a visitor asked the Director,
"What is the criterion that defines a patient to be institutionalised?"
"Well," said the Director, "we fill up a bathtub, we offer a teaspoon,
a teacup, and a bucket to the patient and ask the patient to empty the
bathtub.

1. Would you use the spoon?

 2. Would you use the teacup?

 3. Would you use the bucket?

"Oh, I understand," said the visitor. "A normal person would choose the
bucket
as it is larger than the spoon or the teacup."

"Noooooo," answered the Director. "A normal person would pull the plug."
