i finally put my finger on the vox part! its the melody. Maybe you should try a bunch of different melodies. Don't be afraid to sing out and move around a scale a little. The one you are singing (that is you right?) is a major (happy) scale type melody and it should be a minor (sad) scale sound. Maybe try to mix some more notes into it.

I love the sound of your(?) voice against the piano. Slow it down (your vox) and take off about 20% of the reverb (echo)

When you sing against the piano it kinda... idk it gives me goosebumps. I just really like it ( minus the echo )

This song could use your voice alot more, but make it faint so not to cover up the piano but loud enough to be heard against the piano.
